Julie and I really had a grand holiday.  From Vancouver, we took the Greyhound to Seattle.  As the bus depot was downtown, we managed to see some of the sights like the Space Needle and the Monorail.  Of course, all these while it was raining in one of America's wettest parts.  From there, we took the plane to San Jose Airport where my cousin, Bonnie Santos, was waiting to take us to his castle in nearby Milpitas where his charming wife, Marinelle, and lovely daughter, Leanne, were waiting with a piping hot and delicious bulalo. We got to meet their other children, Carla and Totong, and Marinelle's mother.  After 4 days of sightseeing, of we flew to Los Angeles airport for Thanksgiving. We stayed with my sisters, Chato and Rose and her hubby, Juni Cruz; and my nephew, CJ, at their house in Duarte.  A cousin, Jonjon, was also there visiting.  After the Thanksgiving lunch at the Cruz residence, we drove to Las Vegas. We stayed at the Las Vegas Hilton for 2 days.  Unfortunately, I went down with the flu and was able to move around the hotel only on our second day.  It was back to Los Angeles the day before our flight back to London.
